Living and working in Clackamas County my entire life, I have embraced the entrepreneurial spirit that defines many Oregonians. Honesty and hard work was the order of the day on our family's sixty-acre cattle farm near Carus. As an adult, I put those childhood lessons to good use for nearly twenty years in my own family business serving Medicare, Medicaid, and Veterans Administration clients across the Pacific Northwest with in-home oxygen and medical equipment. During that same time, I raised my three children: Katie, Dusty, and Cody.
After I wound up the family business, I spent time volunteering with the Wilsonville Library Board and Elders in Action. My passion for helping people, especially the elderly, drove me to find a second career. The law seemed a good fit. In addition to my experience working with the many government programs that the elderly rely on, I could also bring the benefits of a legal perspective to elder issues.
So, when Katie, my youngest, graduated from high school, I went back to law school. I received my law degree from Willamette University College of Law in Salem. Now, I am a sole practitioner helping people with their legal matters. My goal is to provide each of my clients compassionate, thoughtful representation.
I look forward to working with you.
